I purposely provoke work-related conflicts with people I know are incompetent and putting up an act. I do this to make them uncomfortable and rattle them. It's great to see them sweat in front of bosses who thought they were competent but realize they're actually retarded.

Also crazy how so many people are used to passively bullying others by pretending to know what they're talking about, but when you confront them after a blatant lie they get mad at you for having the audacity to question their bullshit. I'm something of a rebel, in case you couldn't tell.
