It's actually really cool and based that in the JP scene, ex-Corpos are actually excepted to put effort into their content/being entertaining in order to maintain relevance; as opposed to the Western scene where ex-corpo are handed hundreds to thousands of pity viewers for ostensibly resigning from their job

Personally I think it's good thing that Cover/Holo's management is willing to bend the knee to girls who are more prudish/don't want their models too much skin, even their demands are kinda odd and off-putting
