for the past two years ive only worn vans slip ons. black ones for work, white ones the rest of the time. ive worn them on hikes, doing yardwork, walking around town, to the gym, to work, to the store, to bars, etc. when they get too cooked i throw them in the washing machine and when that stops working i buy a new pair.
