We tried that once. It created organized crime. Canada didnt ban alcohol. The Kennedys ran Canadian Mist across the border. Mexico didn’t ban alcohol. Hey wait I have an idea...how about having some self discipline. There are 3 different kinds of men in the world. Alcoholics, those who drank but quit, and the little girlymen who just condescedingly wag their fingers in other peoples faces, who never do ANYTHING. I had a drinking problem. So I quit. Thats how you approach that problem.
