Don't get your pasta in a bunch. Sicilians are borderline white at best and you know it. Anything north of Rome is solidly European. Southern Europe has never really recovered from the muslim conquests.

Italians are okay in my books if they were actually born in Italy from Italian parents whose ancestors lived in Italy. ie, no Somalis/Turks born in Italy please. I want real grape squishing pasta making, hate pineapple on pizza Italians only.
