Ministers from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Norway, Sweden, and Poland have agreed to permanently ban all russian citizens who have fought against Ukraine. These individuals will never be allowed to enter their countries.

The only thing I’d add: the ban should extend to everyone involved in russia’s war machine — not just those on the battlefield, but also those who empowered russian military.
