I remember reading about AIDS intervention programs in Senegal several years ago. They had the highest HIV infection rate in the world at the time. Countless interviews revealed the same thing - men don't want to use condoms. Even in a place like that where their odds of picking up HIV are astronomical, they'll take that chance every time.
