Bellies are squishy, warm, and heavy, lotsa fat guys get their dick swallowed up by pubic fat. So a hung chubby guy kinda is proportioned well or just has that long/fat of a dick. Also the whole "dadbod" thing because we didn't get enough love in our childhoods or some other psychosexual reason to love hair+belly+fat beer can dicks
And for smaller/skinnier guys sometimes it's just a size diff
Also because it's not stereotypically considered attractive it could also be a taboo in that way
