They're being sold IRL at the IS exhibit, if I'm not mistaken. They're not out for preorder online—the most recent thing on Arknights' official TMall page is the W figure, then Shu figure, Tragodia pass box set and IS6 merch. I can let you know whenever they go on sale because I plan to pick them up myself but it might be a while.
