Nah, that's the point and it fits here explicitly and it's nice. It's Rogue Trader, it being all about Xenos is good. Chaos are npcs here, irrelevant introductory villains, merely reacting to a situation actual antagonists are creating, a red herring, this same role Orks serve in DoW 1&2 and SM1. There should be even more Xenos in game. Neither Kunrad nor Uralon need more spotlight, they had it enough because they are minor side villains here. Everything in game is a result of Theodora and Xavier dealing with Xenos and their stuff. We could use more Necron influence tho.

In Dark Heresy it can be the other way around
