Op here. I appreciate everyone's ideas. I got no fucking idea. I ended up settling on the idea it vibrates the side of a hopper to keep stuff flowing.

I was hoping it was obvious to someone and it was just like a ahah!


I keep wanting to think it's for some type of pool system because I found it near the pumps.
Maybe it vibrates and prevents that shock shit from Caking.

I don't know. I'm open to any other ideas. Im staying in the thread till it dies.


Next time Im there and it isn't weird I'll go get a picture of the switch on the cord and if I got time plug it in and get a video.
