Oda weirdly has written the Revos almost completely isolated from every other faction in the world. The Gorosei, Admirals, or the Navy in general NEVER talks about them, while constantly discussing dangerous pirates. Kaido, Whitebeard, Big Mom, Rayleigh, Gaban, or Shanks have never mentioned them either. They get no focus from anyone important. The only big pirate who's tried to involve the Revos in anything is Blackbeard.
