Similarly, male Orangutans will drastically change in appearance upon becoming the alpha male. So it could be that upon reaching a level of social status across enough women activated these stealth genes that made women grow. Men could shrink from this same social sense or in direct reaction to women

>Female strength
Women could have a reduction in myostatin (and men an increase) which would increase their muscle mass without masculinising them like testosterone. It can increase it without even having excess calories, although women would need more calories and men less (and could men just live of breast milk?)

>Low male testosterone
Since T is important for male libido, it's probably necessary that they don't actually lower in T, but they could develop some form of androgen insensitivity so they still produce it and use it where needed (like the balls)

Some critiques to things:
>Intelligence increase seems too excessive
You couldn't ever write them properly if each woman is meant to be smarter than the smartest men to currently exist

>Male nudity
It feels a little cruel that they just forced them to start being nude in school. I think it is better justified by saying that they had no uniforms for boys so small, and adult men had reservations about wearing clothes meant for boys. So perhaps at first they started swaddling or wrapping in blankets which then evolved into women treating them more like babies and eventually sharing clothes with them

>Smaller as children
My personal preference would be that the boys are the same size as girls until puberty. They could still be smarter, but having them be so physically different would mean they would never have relationships. I like the idea of childhood friends where a girl gives a boy a piggy back when they are the same size saying how she'll marry him, cut to them being adults and her carrying him in a more sexual fashion
