Well, the main problem with Hebrew is that it bears basically no relation to every other language I know/am acquainted with. Not having vowels, so to speak, the nekudot, the binyanin, the mishkalim, all of those things were entirely new to me, something completely alien that took (and still takes) a lot getting used to. Playing with the binyanim feels almost like a "game". Having said that, I think Portuguese verbs in general are a lot harder that most languages and gendered/plural/singular forms are no trouble at all (barring the exceptions, of course)
