No. Absolutely not. 63% of men reported being electively single, which is not at all the same thing as being sexless. Most of them are still having sex and in casual relationships with girls, they just consider themselves to still be single because they aren't in an official relationship.
Young male sexlessness peaked in 2018 at around 28% and has steadily declined ever since. In the post-pandemic era, only about 12% of men in the 18-29 report no sex in the last year.
