I can't speak "for everybody" but the basket weaving site teaches odd lessons.
people want to complain, yet they feel like they can't. I mean, complain right to Lego, or among others who might agree. so they do it here, where they can.
is that therapeutic?
does the propaganda theory involving Lego employees lurking here, using lame basket weaving site to promote their products, encourage people to try and influence Lego in a reverse-trolling way?
I complain constantly about the high prices and "why they gotta put Link in a $300 set, aaaarrgh!" and how I desperately want Star TREK Lego, but I cannot afford a $400 Enterprise torture.... stuff like that.
maybe it helps, maybe not.
and then there's the regular trolls looking to spin people up for fun. smart money says most of the "complainers" are legit trolls, and should be ignored.
maybe you posted your question in an effort to troll this lengthy blog post? I hope I provided the entertainment you were seeking
