Woah a yarn subscription for collecting different colors sounds really cool! Every time I want to make something I find out that I'm missing a single color so I have to wait until I can go and buy it.

Honestly pixel art knitting is kinda easy and the most difficult part is just using the right tension on the floaters so that the finished piece is flat instead of curled. There's also the issue of having to move around a bunch of yarn balls that you're working with if you don't have a dedicated knitting corner but that's more annoying than difficult.
