Alright Kiara, I was going to write a program but I think a sport would be more beneficial for you. I still might write one based on Calisthenics and Resistance bands thats a good way to go. But it has to be something you enjoy, otherwise you'll never stick to it and thats whats most important. You have to enjoy it. So pick as sport you enjoy and keep on enjoying it. I will recommend to you my favorite sport to play
>lacrosse
Lacrosse is fun. I don't know if you have dogs but if you do you can launch the lacrosse ball super far with the stick and your dog will go fetch it. It's a good excuse to go out. If you get your friends to play with you, you can chill around and play catch at the park or at the beach. It's actually really satisfying and fun to play catch with the lacrosse stick. And get ready for this, you cradle the ball in the pocket while you rotate the shaft, and sometimes you slide your hand up to choke up on the head for better control. Those are real lacrosse terms i'm not joking, thats how you play. You cradle the ball, rotate the shaft, and choke up on the head for better control. I'm not joking that's real. Me and my friends used to do it all the time, at the beach, at the park, at school, in each others bedrooms. You just get in a circle and do it.
>swimming
You can also do swimming, low impact and its a full body workout.
>dancing
You like dancing so you might want to do it for the exercise.
>assault bike
This is really good for cardio. Basically a stationary bike with hand grips that you push and pull. You'll be drenched in sweat every time you do it. Its air resistance so the harder you go the harder the resistance becomes.
>good luck
Good luck with your training and I hope you feel better soon! Praying for you as always
