Application of the law makes little to no sense. "Shall not be infringed" and there are books worth of infringement. Roe v. Wade was supposedly about privacy, and if that argument held water then investigating murders would violate privacy just as much. Guy who had worn "Get your knee off our necks" was on the Chauvin jury and it survived review. The powers that be mostly do whatever the fuck they want and fabricate legality after the fact.
