Finally, I have a chance to be autistic about Star Wars. After becoming a manchild, one of the many problems with the prequels was George Lucas trying to add nuance with the jedi being corrupt. The jedi and sith schism should have been ideological, and what I mean by that is that the jedi should have been about "the galaxy has cancer, it must be cured through kindness," and the sith motto should have been "the galaxy has cancer, it must be cured through order." That way, you could also have subsets for each side. For example, the rule of two only being liked by the most autistic, OCD kinds of sith.
