And if you mean the Reptilians specifically, their interest here is largely ecological. Earth is actually just a really good place for food, and it's very habitable to them.
"IF" something were to happen to us, where maybe most humans died out and it was galactic "free real estate"...well...maybe they'd find it a really nice place to set up their own style of resort/farm
