This is the world map we use. The dark area in the Earth Kingdom represents the colonies, which are more or less fixed by this point. The mountainous region and desert to the east have basically stopped the Fire Nation's forces from expanding out, and while they occupy bases around other areas, at this point in the setting, Ba Sing Se is doing a pretty good job of repelling them out of the east.
The Northern Water Tribe is still basically staying out of the way, and the Southern Water Tribe has been subject to raids, basically depriving it of canon known waterbenders. The game we're in doesn't really focus on these, things, but you occasionally see mercenaries and other randoms from the Water Tribes aiding the resistance effort. It's mostly an Earth Kingdom and Fire Nation-background focused game, with everything taking place in the Earth Kingdom.
