Stfu. Civilization does not exist in a huge area and then suddenly stops at some arbitrarily drawn line simply because some racist idiot wanted to draw it. What are these lines based on? You do realize that most "inventions" occurred in western europe simply because we arent interested in inventing that much? Or that we are more content ? Or maybe we have different values such as religion. Or maybe theres a lower population density which is also true or maybe we were busier fighting the ottomans and the tartars and other migratory tribes or maybe its much colder here with much harsher winters or maybe we have a different relief (look at the balkans or the vastness of russia).
