That's why I think they'll see Vtubers as a viable means. They can build her from ground up, present her in whatever way they see fit, and garner simps that would do anything for a callout and some merch.

Of course, I'm sure they'll mess it up somehow, but there are already corporate vtubers. Again though, the current administration is targeting the normie married man and redneck for their army propaganda so I'm not sure they are desperate enough to use a Vtuber just yet, but they are trying the shaming tactics so we'll see.
