There was a time when both twins were really good but other than that specific period of time did anyone play Abel, El Fuerte, or Yun at a professional level and just won because of how nonsense these characters were? Japan is such a stacked region that a handful of pros won't be able to qualify for Capcom Cup which happened twice already and will happen again. Instead Brandon sliming with Akuma will likely take one of those Capcom Cup spots and is he better than 15+ year Japan SF veterans? Probably not.
