I don't know why Dave insists on keeping Mookie at the top of the order. He doesn't seem like the type of guy who would have an ego over being moved down. It's become especially upsetting because people are beginning to attack Mookie like it's his fault he's being put there. Honestly, he's earned all the time in the world to bounce back. He lost 30lbs to a virus at the beginning of the season (who knows how much of that was muscle), fractured his toe, and lost his step-dad. Yea, he's not giving us a great offensive season, but just give the man a chance to bounce back.
