I am guessing it is a very typical finnish mokki setup, where you got a more modern main building, usually with all the running water, plumbing, electricity etc, and then closer to the lake you got a sauna/washing room thing with electricity, but no running water, and also a connected cabin thing for guest entertainment/extra sleeping space if needed. Maybe 1 more extra building for even more sleeping space/storage space of needed, and an outhouse for extra bathroom usage, though I have seen setups where the main building with the actual plumbing etc has 2 bathrooms, one accessible from the inside only, and one you can also access from the outside, so the guests do not need to use an outhouse

Maybe a laavu as well, round food cooking on open fire type of small building. But basically yeah all the modern comforts with some if you want to go rustic you can-elements
