Any ~2000 km range IRBM will have the reentry vehicles come in at mach 10 or higher, that's just physics. Using hypersonic to describe ballistic rockets, when the V2 could amost do that, is stupid and stretches the term beyond for what it it relevant, which is maneuvering missiles with ram/scramjets or at least maneuvering reentry vehicles.

No? Even if you switch to non ballistic missiles, the Zircon for example will impact at a pretty oblique angle depending on the attack profile.

That's just bullshit and depends on a lot of things, for example FoV of the camera, range to the target, framerate.
