It's basically just laziness. There's not really a reason to stop supporting it, they just don't want to troubleshoot potential bugs and issues on two operating systems.
They don't even have an excuse that could be somewhat serviceable. This isn't like a Windows 7 to Windows 10 thing where DX12 is needed for some games, there's no real reason for it. The game will still run for a while on Windows 10, they're just being lazy assholes about supporting people with technical issues if they're on Windows 10. They're gonna see the support ticket come in and the customer support person is gonna be instructed to say "lol fuck off" if they see your operating system is Windows 10.

It's kind of concerning how much corporate cock Japan loves to suck. I know it's pretty bad here in America, but holy fucking Christ is Japan hilarious with it.
