I don't as a general rule, no. In some instances of hormonal imbalances, genetic defects, intersex variations yes but those are few and far between.

If the "kids" a young adult, working a job, driving a car, and other wise able to function on their own maybe you could make an argument for that....but it needs to go through actual medical professionals and not just some weirdo that signs off on everything. There needs to be a litmus test to weed out the trenders that are going to detroon, or suicide themselves.

If they are young kids, like children then no...they don't have the agency to make this choice. They don't have the intellectual capacity to understand the ramifications of what they are choosing, and their parents should not be acting in their proxy either. It used to take years of seeing a therapist, seeing a psychologist, and basically building your case to start hrt and transition. What happened to that?
