Lorebooks are the universal way to salvation. Best way to imtroduce mechanics to ST at the moment is to make WI entries for mechanics and making Meta-Mechanics:, a singlenhuge WI entry that indexes them and reminds the AI to use them. (I don't use Meta-Mechanics because tabletopschave tons of meta-referencing entries by themselves.)
Sounds like you need passing time mechanic. Make that first, then regenerate menstrual cycle for human women and estrus for monster girls. Anyway, you need to place all that in the lorebook. The time mechanic should be set as constant. You should make several entries for passing time to choose from such as full realism, 1 day = 1 month, 1 day = 1 season. This way a human female impregnated by human male should deliver a child after 3 ingame days. This should be adjusted for monster races.
Tl;dr:
Make WI for pregnancy length, set it to vectorized
Make WI for delivering, set it to vectorized
Make WI for passing time, set it to constant
Make sure they reference each other
