Voyager is a legacy character+you have to actually read into the lines (like Hissabeth preferring her privacy but being ok with Pointer coming and going into her room, Pointer and Hissabeth constantly thinking about each other, the veggie packets scene, all the scenes of Pointer wishing she had a camera for some of Hissabeth's reactions etc.) for those two but for Voyager and Kiperina it's very out in the open immediately, the first thing Voyager thinks about Kiperina is how beautiful she is after all.
