It probably has more to do with the incel's body language and "vibe" for lack of a better word. Implying that you are potentially dangerous to someone in a private setting right before engaging in something private is a major turn off, and then when the incel (almost certainly) became agitated by the momentary humiliation it just made her nope out even more.

So much about sex is about vibes more than anything else. Sex is about dynamic between the difference in power, and our ability to simultaneously acknowledge the power imbalance while also ignoring it. Wanting to be dominated sexually - but not wanting it explicitly stated. Basically, Zac said "Yeah I could rape you if I wanted to badly enough", which is of course obvious at a glance, but it's not something you want to bring attention to right before attempting to get affirmative consent from someone. Just by acknowledging that he could be perceived ved as intimidating was in itself an intimidation, even though Zac was clearly just trying to puff his chest out.
