Conservatism is not enough. Many of the Mexicans and Arabs that flood this country are conservative. But they just never assimilate at all because they're too lazy to ever do it—which leads to millions of people who speak zero English at all. Now receiving basic customer service anywhere is a gamble because half of the time it will be some retard who can't understand a single word you're saying and leads to nothing but frustration.
English classes need to be mandatory and enforced with harsh penalties to anyone who dodges them. Won't stop the illegals but it's something at least.
