Dollar Tree tends to have a whole toy section (including the Elinor stuff) which I enjoy, most of it is kids stuff that isn't useful for me, but there's also stuff like a decent amount of off-brand legos or a whole set of modeling clay for a dollar. One time I found some nice Nickelodeon plastic figurines with some old characters like Ren and Stimpy and Rocko.
