Trying a new strategy of doing the tracks as early as possible so that overwhelming sense of dread doesn't hang over the build. Instructions call out 101 links per side, I fit 100. Four sprue attachment points to clean up for each link, probably spent 5-6hrs cutting and cleaning links and another 2-3 assembling the runs. Links fit together well for the most part, and are large enough for easy handling.
