I'm a lot more favorable towards it than most people, but I do think that without it, I might have unsubscribed during Endwalker's patch content lull. Crystalline Conflict is quick to pick up and play without a terrible amount of commitment, and I have very much enjoyed the time I've spent participating in synced queues from here, and mostly light-hearted PvP is a very unique and fun way to meet new people.
