I thought it was a cute first episode but I love blonde lolis. This type of show does make me happy to know both languages, being able to hear both sides is nice, though I suppose it does lose part of it's charm knowing exactly what Lily is saying at all times.

I like it too, I'm glad they got someone like Amaki who can speak English and not just a random VA that can barely speak but we have to pretend like the character is native. Her voice is cute and they did a decent job (I feel, at least) in making sure her lines don't seem too intense for Japanese ears.
