I'm looking for a stainless steel kitchen utensil set that’s built solid—none of that thin, flimsy stuff. I want handles and stems that are at least half an inch thick, all the way through. When I’m stirring soup, the utensil shouldn’t flex or bend backward. And if I have to bend it back into shape, I don’t want it to end up with a weak spot like an overused paper clip. Is that really too much to ask?
