The reincarnates stuff started in chapter 11, and there are 58 translated chapters at the moment (78 counting the untranslated one, with the last one still being behind the paywall), so you have a lot to catch up on.
Another thing is, I'm not entirely sure if this would be the right board for it because the story contains a lot of scenes of gore
