They haven't broadcast them on TV yet as far as I know, Elites were complaining about that. They seem to be only showing them IRL on digital billboards and signs.

Major cities that get TV Tokyo affiliates, its part of the reason Pretty has an unfortunate representation as a city slicker series because they don't/can't support support rural and suburban as well. TV Tokyo and its affiliates aren't available in every area in Japan which is why the franchise has a sizable fanbase on streaming sites (also a lot of the Elite prefer watching with the Nico comments). AiPri managed to get a deal to be broadcast in more prefectures than past series, is on more streaming platforms, and has been able to get more machines out in areas so its been pretty successful at spread the sparkle of the prism.
