Not nothing. Unfortunately. But there will be no big fireworks. No specific moment where we see the end coming. No, it's just going to keep going on this way. Things spiraling down, gradually getting ever and ever worse as we allow the inferior to reproduce and keep saving their offspring from themselves so they can keep reproducing. And humanity will keep getting more and more mediocre until we're so bad that selective pressure starts applying again. We'll degenerate back into Homo Erectus like beings, small, weak and halfway between a chimp and what an actual human should be. We'll become unable to operate our machines, our technology. We'll become unable to care for ourselves. People will start dying from it. First only a few, then a LOT. The only ones who survive are those who aren't dumb enough to just fucking die of incompetence. Then natural selection will take its course again but it'll be too late.

We'll be gone and what will be left behind will be a grotesque caricature of what could have been. And this is an optimistic outlook.
