Bulma is smarter than Goku. She can mess with a scouter, build a second hand space ship, rebuilt Android 16. Her smarts rubbed off Goku where he built a spaceship with gravity. He could've gotten stereo and a coffee machine, but that's mostly because Toriyama's a gearhead. Sakura and Shikamaru are only as intelligent as Gohan and he's smarter due to being homeschooled with a tutor. What Sakura really needs is /fit/ /lit/ and /o/ sessions where she trains till he develops telepathy.

Even Vegeta is lazy but he can work those healing tanks and would get millions selling the patent.
