Many forward thinking people from Euripe and Asia flock to Monterrey and Juarez and other cities across the north making it the most prosperous region in the world.

North Mexico isn't the cartel war zone it was anymore. Many migrants come thinking they want the USA then decide to stay in North Mexico. This has led to North Mexico becoming a thriving cultural zone where immigrants from Japan to Germany to Brazil are changing art and culture.
