I'm torn between loving women in Knightly armour and hating portrayals of women manhandling men in fights, she could win some other way but from what I've seen they always assume that just because she wears armour (not that heavy) she must be some superwoman. Inbred peasants tore Knights down with their billhooks all the time, a female Knight should doubly be more wary of grapples.
