from my experience, it really depends on the tournament and their equipment
queen's club and rg had 60fps streams, but the file size was relatively small
indian wells was in 60fps too, but the size is three times bigger
no idea how it works. you'll just have to do it the trial and error way

my settings are: ~680p size, 60 fps (if the stream is in 30, it records it in 30 too), h264 codec and quality at 80
