in terms of resin efficiency, artifacts should be the last thing you focus on, if you focus on them at all and don't just get the correct main stats on the correct set and move on. you reach about ~60-70% of your realistic power potential in just a single week of artifact farming. here is a good video on the whole topic where the guy simulated 20 weeks of pure artifact farming and how much the character improved week by week.
