I don't know if it makes guys look cool it can make women look hot. I think globohomo hates it because it was a very prosocial sort of drug. It became 1000x harder to meet women IRL when they switched to vaping. I think thats probably the biggest reason they hate it not the looks or the nootropic properties of nicotine (they don't seem to hate vaping).
