The W cooldown is 22 seconds. She doesn't build much CDR and so it hardly changes. The Invisibility is 1 second, going to 1.6 at max rank. Unless you're VERY skilled with her, her E cannot be used to jump anything but the smallest of walls. So this leaves her Ult as an escape tool. Which has a 140 second CD. She has alot of draw backs. Her range is capped at about 825 I think, so most mids will outright out range her, and she's still pretty vulnerable to enemy assassins. Her WR is low for a reason.
