I don't know, anons... I think Iran has more up its than we're giving it credit right now. I'm not saying they're playing 4d chess or anything, but I'm not seeing a curb stomping going on here. I think both sides have called each other's bluff. Obviously, Iran was taken by surprise, and there's a whole lot of traitors and incompetence in its ranks. The Iron Dome does a lot of its job, but it isn't impenetrable. First India and Pakistan, now Israel and Iran... it seems that the fear of mutually assured destruction from the Cold War is slowly becoming less of a deterrence against conventional warfare, states seem increasingly willing to wage limited scope direct wars with each other now.

This will be an interesting decade
